Donkey Punch - Directors: Oliver Blackburn and David Bloom (2008)
I wasn't expecting much from what I thought to be a sordid little British film about the murder of a girl by a mythical sexual practice but this actually turned out to be a corking and intriguing thriller.
Three girls on holiday in Mallorca meet a group of lads who invite them onto their boat. You can see where it's heading. Drugs and sex a plenty - of course, they're young people! A chav DJ man jokes about donkey punching...which ends with the young, posh guy administering a donkey punch to the back of the neck of the lady he is...err...with. She dead. Cue chav DJ lad 'Oi, what ya doing, no-one does that, I made it all up, it's a story!'. Shit hits the fan.
It's really gripping. You know basically everyone will end up dead but how do they get there and what forms of horrific murder/death will it involve? Perhaps I am just sick for enjoying it. Yes Daily Mail, I probably am.
There is kind of a moral there too; don't go partying with strange blokes, ladies...they will do very bad things to you and kill you.
